Doreen consults with agency management and offers individual trainings and workshops for employee groups on a variety of subjects concerning stress management. She also offers special one-day retreats that offer an opportunity to take a “time-out” of your daily schedule. We provide a restful and restorative retreat or workshop based on a variety of self-care themes.
Speaking through Stillness
Full day retreats are offered focusing on areas of increased self-care or special dietary needs. These special days invite a deepening of authentic expression using the CLEAR PRESENCE™ process for self-exploration and clarity. Mindfulness practices and breathing techniques are woven into the day to increase presence and restoration of spirit and intention.
HeartHill provides an annual experiential retreat for a small group that is united in their intention to reduce stress and increase health and vitality. These unique retreats teach helpful tools and provide encouragement, support and practice. The only prerequisite is the willingness to explore coming home to yourself in a restorative journey.
The Healing Mind and Heart Workshop
Stress affects our health. Take a break to remind yourself that your thoughts are just perceptions. Allow your mind and heart to take you to the natural healer within. Learn how to regain balance in your life. Experience guided imagery; practice breathing exercises and self-hypnosis as well as other techniques to shift your awareness to the rich healing power of your mind and heart. These special workshops are tailored to specific group needs.
